These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Houston KeepUp Pressure Washing website and services ("Houston KeepUp," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1 · Services

Houston KeepUp provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing and soft washing of driveways, patios, sidewalks, masonry, siding, and exterior wood in the Greater Houston, Texas area. The scope of each job is defined in your written quote.

2 · Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote reflects the surfaces and conditions described or photographed at the time of the request.
• If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., additional square footage, heavy staining requiring extra treatment), we will tell you before performing additional work and confirm any price change with you first.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3 · Scheduling, Access & Preparation

• You agree to provide access to the work area and a working exterior water source on the scheduled date.
• Please remove vehicles, furniture, and fragile items from surfaces being cleaned. We will move light items where practical but are not responsible for items left in the work area.
• We may reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions; we will notify you as early as possible.

4 · Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.

5 · Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

We walk the finished work with you whenever possible. If a cleaned surface does not meet the agreed scope, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the disputed area at no charge.

6 · Limitations & Pre-Existing Conditions

• Cleaning cannot repair or reverse pre-existing damage such as cracked concrete, failing paint, oxidized siding, brittle wood, torn screens, or failing seals — and washing can make some pre-existing failures more visible. We will point out risk areas we notice before starting.
• Some stains (rust, battery acid, irrigation staining, deep-set oil) may be permanent and only partially treatable. We will set expectations honestly before work begins.

7 · Liability

Houston KeepUp is insured. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence, reported within 48 hours of service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8 · Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including submitting false quote requests, attempting to access administrative areas, or interfering with the site's operation. We may block traffic that appears automated or abusive.

9 · Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
