• Technical data: when you submit the form we record the request time, your IP address, and browser type. This is used for spam prevention and rate limiting.
• We do not use advertising trackers and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.

2 · How We Use It

• To respond to your quote request and communicate about scheduling and service.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
• To keep basic business records (quotes given, jobs completed).

3 · What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below, or if required by law.

4 · Service Providers

Quote submissions are processed and stored on infrastructure provided by Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (secure data storage), and may be delivered to us by an email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads them.

5 · Retention

Quote requests are kept while relevant to responding to you and maintaining business records, and are periodically cleared. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Contact below) and we will remove it from our active systems.

6 · Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Quote data is stored in access-controlled storage, administrative access is protected by a private key, and submissions are validated and rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate for a small business.

7 · Children

This site is intended for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8 · Your Choices

• You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can contact us by phone instead of using the web form at any time.
